Youth Group Enrolment

Hills Bible Church requires all families to register their children (under the age of 18) prior to commencing Sunday School, Youth Group and Young Adults Group each year. This is important to ensure we obtain up-to-date information regarding:

proper consent from the parent or carer
a point of contact in the event of an emergency, or for managing medical treatment of child
key information about the child that may impact on their wellbeing

It also allows us to provide clear information to parents/carers about the church and activities the child is involved in and the safeguarding policy of the church.

I consent to Hills Bible Church taking photographs and/or video footage of my child/ren and me, for use in Hills Bible Church publications, promotions, on our website and in other material. I understand photographs or videos may be taken of my children and me during various ministry activities.

I understand photos and/or video footage featuring my children and myself may be used in Hills Bible Churchs:

newsletters, emails, bulletin, brochures, flyers or posters
website, social media platforms or multimedia presentations
presentations of ministry activities/programs to the church in general

I understand that as a precaution my childs name will not be published or linked with photographs. I also understand that if any screenshots or video recordings are taken of my child during a Zoom session for Sunday School or Youth Group, it will only be shared on private platforms and is not for public use or to be shared in any other way.
